Hi, I’m Sudha Broslawsky.
I’m a seasoned design leader and product strategist, known for my visionary approach and expertise in driving customer-centric transformations at global companies. Currently, I serve as a Fractional Design Executive, helping startups and mid-sized companies achieve product excellence and innovation.
Most recently, in my role as VP of Design and Research at Achieve, I established the design organization from scratch and led the company's transition to a design-led, user-centric model. This involved overseeing a major rebranding and digital transformation that spanned across the entire enterprise.
My career includes impactful roles at companies like Achieve, Google, Yahoo, and Facebook, where I’ve been key in shaping cultures that put human-centered design first. I excel at using this strategy to drive innovation, turning design into a strategic business advantage while improving the lives of millions of people.
I deeply believe in the "human" element of design. My philosophy is about making products and services that truly connect with users on a personal level. This also shapes how I lead—focusing on creating inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams. My commitment to fairness, opportunity, and personal growth is wrapped up in my CARE values—Compassion, Alignment, Respect, and Execution.
With experience across tech, finance, and consumer products, my expertise stretches from design strategy to organizational leadership, helping businesses build strong foundations for innovation and disruption in their markets.
Passion projects
I'm a big believer in balancing work with passion projects, and I walk the talk through gardening, painting, and cooking. These aren't just hobbies for me but are a way to stay creative and grounded. I often encourage others to find that sweet spot between professional demands and personal joy to stay energized and inspired.
One of my paintings that depicts the vibrant rural women of Telangana, India. The famous artist, Thota Vikuntam, inspired this work.
An outcome of my cooking challenges called “Kitchen Sprints” (The Rockfish and Manzano pepper challenge).
Produce from my garden (2023). I’m passionate about gardening, and this particular year I had 8 different pepper varieties in my garden.
