Executive Design & Product Leadership for complex, regulated products.

I’m an AI-fluent design and product leader. I lead where the product is intricate, the stakes are real, and the customer can’t afford bad UX — the cost of bad design here isn’t a churn metric, it’s a missed trade, a failed onboarding, a regulator’s letter.

The Record
Twenty years.
One lane.

Most recently, as VP of Design & Research at NinjaTrader, I built design from a tactical function into a strategic discipline with a seat at the executive table — the company was acquired by Kraken for $1.5B during my tenure. Before that, as the VP of Design & Research at Achieve, I built the Design org from the ground up. Earlier, design leadership at Google, Yahoo, Tile, and Facebook.

The founder year

2025–2026
PathNow team working session

A year as a solo founder. End-to-end with AI.

I built PathNow, an AI-first career acceleration platform for senior tech professionals, end-to-end with current-generation AI tools. I ran the full business operator scope — research, competitive analysis, positioning and validation, product and business design, pricing, revenue forecasting. After running the experiment, I judged the risk profile wasn’t right for that point and chose to return to a full-time leadership path.

What the year proved: operator-level fluency in AI-native product building. That’s the capability I’m bringing into my next role.

How I stay current

Projects that I’ve shipped solo with current-generation AI tools. The practice keeps the leadership honest; you can’t lead AI-native teams from a place of opinion if you’ve never sat in the operator seat.
